Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive them, without giving any reason. This includes our print-on-demand items in standard designs — producing an item only after you order it does not remove your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement before the period expires — an email to [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number is enough. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Return the goods to [RETURN ADDRESS] within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How we refund

• We refund all payments received for the withdrawn items within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
• You paid in XNO, so we refund in XNO: the same XNO amount you paid for the refunded items, sent to a nano address you give us when you claim the refund. Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are neither charged to you nor compensated. A different arrangement is possible if you expressly agree one with us; refunds never cost you a fee.

Exceptions

• Digital content: the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, if you expressly consented to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged losing the right — as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
• Customer-personalised items: if we ever offer items made to your own specification (e.g. your uploaded design or text), those will be marked as excluded from withdrawal before you order. Standard-design items are never excluded.

Overpayments

If you send more XNO than requested, we refund the excess. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a nano address for the refund.

Defective or wrong items

Independent of withdrawal, all goods carry the statutory conformity guarantee of at least two years. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email a photo and your order number to [CONTACT EMAIL] — we will replace or refund it and no return shipping will be charged to you.
