1. Who we are

2. Ordering

Adding items to the cart is not binding. Your order becomes binding when you complete payment via the payment button (labelled with the amount payable — pressing it places an order with an obligation to pay). The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after your payment is confirmed on the Nano network.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are displayed in XNO (nano) and are total prices: they include VAT [IF APPLICABLE] and shipping — there are no separate fees at checkout.
• XNO prices are derived from our EUR base prices at the exchange rate current when your payment session starts, rounded up to a whole XNO. The EUR reference price for each product is [SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT / available on request].
• We accept payment exclusively in nano (XNO). The amount is fixed for the duration of your payment session (shown with a countdown). Your payment is verified directly on the public Nano ledger.
• If you pay more than the requested amount, we will refund the excess — see the Returns & Refunds Policy. If you pay less, the payment remains incomplete until the balance is received within the session window.

4. Delivery

Physical products are produced on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partner (Printful). Estimated production and delivery times are shown in the Shipping Policy. Digital products are delivered by download link after payment confirmation, subject to the consent described in section 6.

5. Right of withdrawal (physical goods)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason — including print-on-demand items in our standard designs. Details, the model withdrawal form, and how refunds are paid are in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Digital content

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment only if, at checkout, you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email before the download is made available.

7. Legal guarantee

All goods come with the statutory guarantee of conformity of at least two years under EU law. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us — you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law. This is independent of the right of withdrawal.

8. Refund currency

Payments are made in XNO, so refunds are made in XNO, to a nano address you provide, in the same XNO amount you paid for the refunded items (exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are neither charged to you nor compensated). If you prefer a different refund arrangement, we can agree one with you expressly; you will never be charged a fee for a refund.
